Las Vegas Trip Rules & Details:

Sun & Fun Media (hereafter SFM) will provide one room of standard hotel accommodations, excluding room taxes,
for up to 4 travelers (hereafter CLIENT) for the specified allotted time as outlined on the Reservation Request Form.
Hotel is subject to change, without notice, to a comparable hotel. Bedding preference is not guaranteed. SFM will
also include 2 Adult tickets or vouchers for admission to the stipulated attractions as outlined in the Reservation
Request Form. Attractions included are subject to change.
Fill out completely and return the Reservation Request Form a minimum of 30 days prior to your arrival date. We
strongly urge you to submit a request as early as possible. Providing the minimum of 30 days advance notice does
not guarantee that your requested dates will be accommodated as peak travel times may become unavailable
farther in advance. All reservations are provided on a first come first serve basis, and are subject to availability. Do
not make reservations directly with the hotel. If you are flying to your destination, do not make flight arrangements
until you have confirmed availability with us.

The Reservation Request Form must be faxed to (407) 328-0051. No telephone requests will be accepted.

If your reservations are confirmed, you will receive a Confirmation Letter 10 -14 days prior to your arrival which will
include directions to the hotel.
Hotel and sales taxes, tips, meals, telephone, rollaway beds, cribs, safe, parking and any other incidental charges
at the hotel are not included. CLIENT is responsible for all taxes and incidentals, and they must be paid directly to
the hotel upon checkout.

Not valid for travel during holidays or annual events.
This trip is not assignable or transferable.
Not valid for group travel. Two or more SFM vacations cannot be booked concurrently or consecutively.
You must be at least 21 years of age to reserve this vacation.

All changes to reservation requests must be received by SFM in writing at least 3 days prior to arrival. No-shows
cannot be rescheduled.
Please keep travel documents in safe place. The terms of this vacation may not be changed or altered. No changes
or substitutions allowed. This vacation is not valid for resale and not redeemable for cash value. This vacation is void
where prohibited by law.
The Reservation Request Form must be signed to be booked. Unsigned forms will not be accepted.

Terms and Conditions for Booking your 2 Domestic Airline Tickets

Sun & Fun Media (hereafter SFM) will provide 2 roundtrip domestic airline tickets with economy class seating, for up
to 2 travelers (hereafter CLIENT). Travel valid to and from major market international airports located within the
continental US only.
CLIENT may choose departure days and return days only. Carriers, flights, departure times and return times will
be chosen solely at the discretion of SFM. Direct non-stop flights are not guaranteed.
To book your airfare, fill out completely and return the Reservation Request Form to SFM a minimum of 120 days
prior to your arrival date. Please be aware, providing the minimum of 120 days advance notice does not guarantee
that your request will be accommodated. We strongly urge you to submit a request as early as possible. Peak
travel times may become unavailable farther in advance. All requests are provided on a first come first serve basis,
and are subject to certain fare restrictions. No requests will be accepted less than 120 days prior to the arrival.
